Technically, since taxpayers pay soldiers' salaries, including doctors, this is on the taxpayer's dime. Also, the cost of the implants, etc. is also paid for by taxes.

Don't forget, the 5k-10k to pay for a boob job in the private sector mainly goes for outrageous doctor costs, not the actual implants.

Everyone is up in arms on it, I say more power to 'em.
