NY Times = Kerry Bias?

I've already accepted that there is really no objective news source, but for weeks the online NYTimes has been sporting front page banner adds for Kerry campaign contributions (with title's like "Make Bush a one-timer"). Obviously these are paid advertisements from Kerry (so it could be argued it's just business), but it just seems a bit offputting when all the political advertisements for a particular media are for one candidate.

Advertisement space is sold to whoever pays for it. The Kerry campaign purchased it. If the Bush campaign wants it too they can purchase it too. You don't hate capitalism do you?

Of course there's a bias! The NY Times has always leaned to the left, just like NewsMax leans to the right.

Maybe the title was a bit alarming - not necessarily implying that the story content is biased based on this advertising. I guess I just don't like the idea of going to an "objective" news source and seeing a John Kerry banner add and John Kerry pop up window (this is coming from someone who will vote Kerry) OR maybe I've just been reading Mojo's posts too long and he turned me into a commie without me even realizing it....
