Popeyes vs. KFC

Which one do you prefer.....really tough for me to take a side on this one but I have to say Popeyes but KFC has the popcorn chicken which I absolutely love

There used to be a popeyes we would go to growing up, where everything was just unbelievably spicy, but it went out of business. Every other popeyes i've been to since, the 'spicy' has been mild at best.

But it's still better than KFC, excpet for biscuits.

KFC has the best Chicken Pot Pies... which I eat once a week.

I've never had Popeye's or Bojangles. I've seen Chick-Fil-a in Jersey which I'll have to try someday.
Though I've heard that Popeye's is pretty good. The nearest one to me is in Hempstead. Not to generalize but I do only seem to notice them in certain areas.

I love both of them - KFC extra crispy is terrific, but the spicey chicken at Popeyes is the bomb diggity. Better sides at Popeyes (especially the biscuits), and (I think) they are less expensive than KFC, gives Popeyes the edge for me.

And Bojangles - wow! Bazilly! All over the south.

Give me some Bojangles and a 2 liter bottle of Cheerwine, and I am in heaven.

I can't believe all this talk about chicken joints and no one mentioned "Church's." What, not brothahs in the hizzy? No one else down with the un-naturally hot chicken from Church's - where the moto is, if it's good enough to deep fry it once, it's even better twice!

The one thing I miss about Jersey is the one right in North Brunswick that would always screw me over on how much they charged but DAMN was there some hot ghetto booty working in there and those Chicken Fingers at ANY Popeye's are amazing! I mean really good shit! Especiallly when you get them with that Spicy Honey Mustard which is the best condiment known to man. Man am I hungry!
