Another 'Police Academy' in works (http://www.cnn.com/2004/SHOWBIZ/Movies/07/08/film.policeacademy.reut/index.html)

The most recent sequel in the franchise was "Police Academy 7: Mission to Moscow" in 1994. The first "Police Academy" hit screens in 1984, bringing in a domestic box office take of $81.2 million. Then it was a film a year through 1989, with "Police Academy 2: Their First Assignment" released in 1985, "Police Academy 3: Back in Training" in 1986, "Police Academy 4: Citizens on Patrol" in 1987, "Police Academy 5: Assignment: Miami Beach" in 1988 and "Police Academy 6: City Under Siege" in 1989.

I had forgotten that every summer gave us a Police Academy movie. I'm sure glad that Hollywood continues to invest in quality movies because every year on one warm summer day I take a deep sigh and wonder what Tackleberry would be doing.

But that is David Graf. I do see the resemblance though.

I bet Tackleberry is fighting crime on the streets in LA today... probably undercover, to avoid the spotlight and all.

My cup runeth over!

We live in a society of laws. Why do you think I took you to all those Police Academy movies? For fun? Well, I didn't hear anybody laughing! Did you?! Except at that guy who made sound effects.

Boy, when Marge first told me she was going to the police academy, I thought it'd be fun and exciting, you know, like that movie, "Spaceballs". But instead it's been painful and disturbing like that movie "Police Academy".

Spring term is almost over, and I'm really hating my job. My lease on my apartment is amost run out. The tags on my car expire next week. If I'm ever going to do it, this just seems like a good time to kill myself..</center>

i think you're all missing the big picture here. without graf they can't do brady bunch 3 without bringing in a new Sam the butcher. and as we all know, once they start replacing actors to playing characters, well the franchise gets tired.

Doesn't Brady Bunch in the White House count as 3?
