It wasn't funny. It wasn't interesting. The script was bad. The whole thing seemed to be a big dumb, unfunny concept tied around the hype of seeing Julie Andrews expose her rack. Blake Edwards was inconsistent as hell, but I think this was probably one of the worst movies he ever directed.
