I think Undertaker will beat the Dudleys, and will "surprising" order Bearer to be covered in cement turning him full heel. Then Heyman will be the Undertaker's new manager. As for Heyman's relations with the Dudleys after this, I dunno. This match was too much of a rush job in terms of making sense and telling a story to ensure that all parties involved benefit from this in some way and come out unscathed by the lazy hand of the creative team.
