EWW I'D run a MARATHON for MARK HARMON. GAWD YES.
Tim Harmon ( I never knew him but know lots of people who did) died of Hep C. But he did MAJOR things for the AA/NA community and was able to build a verrrrry nice rehabilitation center for Fairfax county. A great man.

I would run, except i'm participating in a athletic even later on Saturday and don't really want to be worn out.

And I don't have any of my Kenyon speed that I used to have when I was in shape, so I don't think I could break 24 minutes.

oh shit, I used to run 5 miles every other day...it was an obsession........but its been almost a year since I ran. I ran a 13 fucking minute mile last night and nearly cried. SOoooooo I guess I will be the caboose. WAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!!!
