Basically whenever I type in the address with the www in fron of it i.e. www.ronfez.net, it works fine but when it type it in with out the www i.e. ronfez.net, it sends me to some site...Click Here if you wanna see it (http://nav.startnow.com/?q=nav.starnow.com&e=as)
What should I do to get rid of it?

Get Ad-Aware or Spy-bot search and destroy and run a check.

Make sure you Ad-Aware settings are on the right ones. Put it on "custom" and select your entire C: drive. And make sure to check the "activate in-depth scan" at the bottom of the settings page. I did that yesterday and found 102 files i hadn't found before.

It's definitely spyware. If AdAware doesn't get it, try SpyBot.

I've had a Browser Hijacker and neither Spybot nor Ad-Aware would be able to capture it. I finally fell into it's trap and downloaded it's uninstaller to get rid of it. Probably gave me more spyware but it got rid of the hijacker.

Basically what you're looking at is a search page that has been forcibly set by either spyware or a web page script you probably said ok to.
It's easy to fix it. In Internet explorer, go to tools, internet options, then click the programs tab, then click reset web settings....that should set your searching back to the default...
basically you only see that page when you are trying to access a site that doesnt exist...you cannot hit ronfez.net without the www.
i havent set it up to work that way...maybe i should...

I think Jeff is right on this one, though I still suggest using SpyBot regardless. The latest version is 1.3 which you can download here (http://www.safer-networking.org/).

Neither SpyBot or AdWare worked but then I found the thing on my Add/Remove Programs list and got rid of it. Probably added more Adware like SatCam said but at least its gone. Thanks for the help you guys.

Do yourself a favor and:
Get Firefox! (http://www.mozilla.com)
It's such a good browser, it allows tabbed browsing, and since I have used it I haven't gotten any adware at all, and of course is blocks all pop-ups.
