What other message boards are you folks a part of, and what are your handles??

The view askew board post got me thinking...

for me:

yourmomsbox.net, I was for a while, I believe as Iamstillnotatool, but only posted for a couple days...
I still read it now and then but not so much.

I'm thinking of setting one up for my stickballl league now. Great for talking shit before/after games.

this site basically opened up a whole new world to me of ways to kill time while I'm working, or supposed to be. For this, I thank you all...

I used to post on the NYRMB but I got kicked off like a year ago for saying I didn't like the Batchelor & Alexander Show. So that was that.

Apparently disagreeing with the dentist is a violation of the board rules.

So yeah, this is pretty much my only message board.

I do post on occaision at YMB (http://board.yourmomsbox.net/index.php) and I used to post on old OA.com, but that's about it.

Oh I also used to post on the New York Radio Messageboard as well though I guess I was kicked off that as well. I just stopped being able to post and the good dentist wouldn't reply to me all of a sudden. I rarely posted there anyway so it was no big deal.

Oh, I also post on CDIH though rarely.

This one is the only one I go to. I have seen others but this one seems far easier to navigate and read, and more enjoyable despite the occasional drama. To me other ones seem to be a "mess" and useless. I have also looked at a few "blogs" and they dont do anything for me either.

I do post every once in a while on slashdot.org. Its a computer website with all the latest tech news. Its not really a message board like this one, more of a discussion.

Years before I started posting here, I posted at DVDTalk (http://www.dvdtalk.com). I was mikeyboy there as well. It's been at least three years since I posted there regularly, and I don't remember the last time I visited the site.

Other than our homebase here, I read YMB.net all the time. But I rarely find anything to reply to. I look for O&A news & read up on new & humorous ways that the same 12 posters argue and wish horrible deaths on one another. It's fun, you should try it some time. Plus, some of the nicer people there are cross-overs from this board.

Beyond that, since my core of buddies from Seton Hall have moved all around (one lives as far as Kuwait, one in Tennessee, Atlanta, and all over the tri-state), we keep in touch trough a Freeservers board, which is also where we talk shit about all the fantasy sports leagues we're in.

I read a few others, for entertainment &/or info, but never bother to post.

I posted on YMB for like a week, and still check it out every few days. It's a good read.

I used to post on some random USENET boards waaaay back in the early 90's (we call it the 'before time')

Now I have accounts on some random warhammer boards, but I have no interest in whining to anyone about making my army more powerful, so I have nothing to add there, and I read some random Everquest, Lotr and Action Figure boards. I don't even bother with wrestling boards anymore.

I almost always use "JerryTaker," but that's only because I lack creativity.

I tried reading one of the political usenet groups recently, and my computer tried to eat me, so I never went back.
