Benoit is cosidered one of the top 5 wrestlers in the world, does anyone know who fills the other 4 slots?

Just base your 4 on opinion, since wrestling fans could barely agree on anything from best wrestlers to pizza toppings.

Who is Karim Garcia?? I no respect heem.

I assume you're talking of all time/in their prime, since I couldn't think of 4 others that come close to matching up with Benoit on a technical level in wrestling today.

Thinking quickly, I'd put these guys up there as technical bests:
Bret Hart
Owen Hart
Bob Backlund
Dean Malenko
Greg Valentine

I'm not necessarily saying that they're better than Benoit, but that they should be mentioned in the same breath as him. I'm unsure about my opinion on thier specific rankings just yet. I want to think about this a bit more, because I'm sure I'm forgetting 100's of other guys.

I got a letter from the army so I think that I'll enlist. I'm not brave or proud of nothing I just want to kill something.

There's one of the 100's I missed. I totally agree.

a true Smark would list 5 japanese wrestlers that no one has heard of ever.

Or Ric Flair, who while good, wasn't exactly a thrill a minute to watch.

Not a true Smark here. My knowledge of Japanese wrestling is primarily limited to FMW (where you'll be hard pressed to find a decent technical worker in the bunch, let alone one of the best of all time) and a few tapes that were recommended by friends (which usually consisted of guys in Death Match stuff, hardly ring generals). Call me crazy, but I like to understand the language the match is being called in (though I am a sucker for the intergender tag matches featuring women too old to be walking let alone wrestling in the 6-sided ring on the Spanish station).

PS - Flair is a great wrestling character (my favorite of all time in fact), but technically speaking - he's more along the lines of very good.

for pure technical wrestling, I'd have to say

1) The Big Show
2) Hulk Hogan
3) Ultimate Warrier
4) George "the Animal" Steel
5) Kamala
6) Goldberg
