the Philippines visiting family starting tonight and onto an 18 hour plane ride and I will be back on June 18th. Probably will post again the 19th.

Had zero internet access in the Philippines so I couldn't make the first post ever from the rf.net board sorry.

Had a great time visiting my family for the first time in 7 years and I have fallen in love for truly the first time ever. I suck. It hit me like a ton of bricks. I sooo didn't want to leave her but I'll be coming back next year. I came back last Friday but have had bad jetlag so I have not posted until now. That and thinking about her constantly as well as writing and texting her.

Ahhh man, I love... love. Someone shoot me, hhehehe!

Maybe youve mentioned it above but I knew some people from there, whats the plane ride? I thought they were kidding me when they said how long it was.Nope. Well this was how our ride to the Philippines was. From JFK about 7 hours to refuel in Anchorage, 2 hours later take off from Anchorage for about 8 hour ride to Seoul, stop over for about an hour and a half and then about 3 hours later to get to Manila then about an hour to get to where all our relatives are in the Visayas. About 22 hours in total. Craziness Mikey I tells ya!

Oh, and perhaps tell about some Real Poverty; like my Dad described when there. Yow. I would hope it's changed, has it?If we are just talking specifically about Manila, there is the good part of Manila that resembles a New York and there is the dirty slum areas. It isn't as bad as I remember but it can always improve.
