At work I do ALOT of pyhsical work. Lifting TVs computers, home theater systems ECT. Latley my back has been in alot of pain since I pulled something in my lower back area. Ive been debating going to a chiropractor because of the cost, same goes for a massage. My Mom who's a Real Estate agent is selling this young kid , no older than 25 a house. She just so mentioned that her son has back pains. The kid told her that he works in a chiropractors office and has his massage liscence on the side and for me to give him a call and he'll "Hook me up" Now personally Ive never been to a massage place or anything like it. Does anyone think its gay to go to another guy whos profession is massage therapy to get a massage? Id feel real funny lying there on a table with nothing but a towel covering my hairy ass crack and some guys hands rubbing my back. Just typing it make me sick in my stomach. Any thoughts?

i have lower back problems, the chiro angle didn't work, so switched to message, with dramatic improvements and believe me , you stick to very manly topics to enforce the "i am straight" angle. i would say a good 20 minutes of sports should suffice

As strange as this may sound. You might also want to try yoga (pilates). I know it sounds really gay but it helps. It'll help to stretch the muscles in your back and keep them from tightening up. I do yoga for a back injury that I suffered a couple of years ago and it really does work.

as far as the male masseuse(sp?) never received a massage by one but i don't like the idea... Sometimes you'll see at some pro sporting games a team masseuse massaging the upper thigh of a basketball player or high up on the back of the leg...

I get back pains becuase I have bad posture and sit in front of a computer way too much. I go to a chiropractor every 3 months, and I will occassionally get a chair massage to relieve pressure on my lower back.

call me gay but yoga rules. i did it for a while and would like to get back into it. not only am i still more flexible than playing sports year round in hs, but you are in a room full of hot ass chicks doing these poses that are simply amazing. i mean, they are dancers and gymnists, perfect bodies, and i'm still pretty flexible, considering i haven't done it in a while.

as far as back touching goes, i prefer a chick. then again, i've had a broad sholdered swed chick work me over the best.
