Full of themselves, think of the rest of baseball is the Yankee Farm System, and if they don't win it all something's wrong, cocksucking Yankee Fans.

I don't know if you dipshits remember, but since you traded the whole thing away (Branden Claussen for Aaron Boone, good move) you don't have a farm system anymore, so you have nothing to trade for Johnson. Not to mention Johnson has a blanket no-trade clause, and he doesn't exactly seem like a NY type of guy. Not to mention the owner of the D-Backs is probably not very willing to help out the Yankees since Steinbrenner fucked him out of Wells a few years back.

That being said, I'm sure the Yankees and their money will find a way to bring him here and I'm sure the fans will have no problem rooting for this All-Star team of juiced up hired guns.

This is the best argument against Randy coming to NY. Now, I detest Randy Johnson, so I pray that Jerry Colangelo's feelings for George are on par with mine for RJ & he absolutely refuses to allow such a trade. Or, best case scenario, the D-backs remain in the hunt (or get back in, at this point) and there's no reason to want to trade him.

But seriously, it's not healthy to hold on to all that bitterness. Yankees fans don't think that the rest of the league is the Yanks' personal farm system...we simply play the odds, and in the recent past, that has indeed been the case.
