So I was bored and looking up a launch date for WWE 24/7, and I saw they had an About Us page so I took a look and saw this:

<b>FILM</b>: WWE Films was established in the summer of 2002 to expand WWE's role within the film and television industries. The film division will create feature film, television and pay-per-view opportunities.

 WWE Films is currently working on both an action-adventure film with Stone Cold Steve Austin, a horror film with Kane and an action film with Triple H.

 A cartoon series for young children is also in development.


Bad enough about the movies, but do they really need another wrestling cartoon show? How the hell are you going to top Hulk Hogan's Rock 'n Wrestling?

They should have made an Undertaker cartoon YEARS ago before they made him the Underbiker but now he's old and lame and no one with any sense will give a shit. A horror movie starring Kane? An action movie starring HHH? Uhhhh yeah. Also what heavyweight is compellign enough to carry his own cartoon? Maybe Edge in his Brood days. That might have been cool. Everyone who might be able to carry off an animated series that I can think of is a cruiserweight. Rey Mysterio, Tajiri, Ultimo Dragon, Hurricaine and since Vince hates them this whole think is going to feature ten shades of suck.

I remember seeing what seemed to be the cover of that comic book on a video game/wrestling board. Looked pretty good to me.

If I recall correctly, the Ultimate Warrior had a comic book as well, and just like the Taker comic...it sucked

At least the Undertaker's comic was readable. I skimmed a couple issues in the store. It was a sorta horror story with Taker, Cane, Paul Bearer, Taker's Sister (!), etc.

Warrior put out his comic on his own, wrote it himself and make absofuckinglutely no sense. Plus had weird diatribes from the man himself.
