Brian Christopher was released last night by WWE. Christopher had recently signed a new contract with the WWE but ruffled feathers this past weekend by showing up late at one of the RAW house show events.

Christopher had previously been released by WWE in 2001 after being arrested in Canada and charged with possession of illegal drugs. Christopher, real name Brian Lawler, pled guilty to possession of cocaine.

Well, that didn't take very long.

It helps if your father is a legend in the business and is lead announcer on your number 1 program.

Good riddance.

They only have at least a half dozen other guys they should start firing immediately.

You know, I was wondering to myself the other day, "Whose firing could I care even less about than Ernest Miller's?"

I do believe I've found my answer.

On a positive note, it quickly erased the bummed-outness I felt over Lance & Tommy's retirements.

It has been written that Jim Ross wanted to bring back Jeff Hardy...Jeff supposedly refuse to go to rehabilitation , I guess he's not ready not ready to return--if ever.

Why should any of us be eager for the return of Jeff Hardy?

The guy was burnt out and stinking up the ring for at LEAST a full year before his release. There's no indication that he's going to somehow become a good worker even if he stops hitting the smack.

I don't care at all about a possible return of Jeff Hardy. I was never a fan of his.

When did Tommy retire?

And is he going to stay with the company? I heard he was doing some booking a while back.

Dreamer retired last week.

Glad Bedwetter Sexay is gone, he's worthless.

I think he's looking to become a road agent for WWe. He still wants to stick around, just not as an active wrestler.

He was/is injured, but WWE plans on just letting his contract run out. So don't expect him to return.

Scott Steiner was a big heel in WCW and had pretty good MIC skills, WWE could have done more with the steriod freak

Or at least move him to Smackdown to put SOMEONE with a name and has a little bit of drawing power on the show... Anything could help that show...
