God Bless Sweeps.

And aside from the first 2 matches, I'm pretty excited about it.

Hosp, the first Shelton/HHH match was a quality match, so I'm willing to give that one a chance.

Throughout last nights show I just kept saying to myself "This is what Smackdown needs. They need to continue to hype NEXT WEEK." Everything on RAW was NEXT WEEK, NEXT WEEK, NEXT WEEK. That's the way to keep people tuning in week after week after week.

There is nothing to promote on smackdown next week. Even the one minute recap of smackdown was awful. Might have been the worst thing on raw last night.

By the way that Eugene and Regal skit was awesome. Regal is godlike at these things and his faces were hysterical.

Yes, but it's their third match up, even if it were a match up I was getting excited about, say RVD/Lynn '98, by the 3rd time you see it, there isn't much else to see. HHH doesn't have that much range.

When is the JD game ?

Are they ever going to announce more matches or do they not care are accepting the fact that this PPV might be the lowest in WWE's history.

Trade Cena, Eddie Guerrero, Mysterio, Undertaker, CHavo, paul Heyman (who is a raw talent anyway from the draft) and Angle to raw. Send Stevie Richards, Maven, Nidia, Rhyno, Rosey and Hurricane to smackdown and I will never ever have to watch smackdown again.

They need to announce more matches until the game can be played. So probably the 13th (fucking Smackdown!).

Stevie Richards, Maven, Nidia, Rhyno

oh you gotta love everyone there except Maven. Rhyno can be good, Stevie Night Heat is like Jesus, and Nidia is the gratutious boobs that we all need. Let Smackdown keep Mysterio and Chavo because i don't think i've seen either of them put on a good match since the three way tag team matches. Just defendin my peeps i guess.

maybe Cablevision will screw up again and put the ppv on FitTV by accident. Unless that happens i'll only see RAW. Seems like a better card anyway because Eddie-Bradshaw might as well be Brock-Holly, Cena-Dupree just don't seem to be working, and Booker T getting fed through the woodchipper known as Undertaker probably won't be very entertaining.

I am very excited for tonight's Raw. Like I said this card is worthy of a PPV and it still does not include the almost likely speeches and or runins from Chris Benoit and HBK. I read HHH vs Benjamin will be the first match to open the show. Anyone wanna bet HBK interferes and Benjamin wins again.

That makes sense Tennweek and that would build up to a grudge match between the two. I hear that it will be a Hell in the Cell at Bad Blood between those two, and neither of them will be involved with the title. It seems they're focusing more on just those two guys with their bitter feud and just having Benoit be a champ. Why the champion is not the main focus, I don't know.

i'm just glad that they may start a program for Benoit that doesn't involve one of those two going for the title. i don't want to watch Kane/Benoit, but at least its someone else.

Perhaps the Matt Hardy/Kane fued will result in a number one contender's match between the two.

You missed 2 awesome matches in orton vs edge and christian vs jericho. I fell asleep during eugenes match but woke up just in time for the cage match. Also a 20 man battle royale next week to be the number 1 contender for the world title.

The Eugene match was very good. I thought that Regal was going to help him win but he pulled Eugene's leg when he bounced off the ropes. Eugene won! The crowd was popping wildly! Who'd a thunk it.

Also next week, Trish vs. Lita.

Dinsmore and Conway had a good match, and clearly the Eugene character is getting over with the crowd. That's a testament to Dinsmore's charisma and ability to turn a bad gimmick into something good. Regal is just too enjoyable in character. Dinsmore can run with this gimmick for a while, and he can always make a major change with a "it was all a character" promo when he is ready to go in a different direction. It's nice to have a character who isn't all dark and mean and serious. I must have missed it last week, but I saw the Regal/Dinsmore training sequence on Sunday. Just too funny, and these two play off each other well.

I hope Dinsmore will turn Regal into a face. I am really looking forward to Bischoff being laid into with a "Now you listen here sunshine..."

Now I'm starving

I'm about to turn it up a notch!

It seems that Regal is starting to become attatched to Eugene, which can explain why he seemed a little hesitant in trying to cause Eugene a failure. He's upset that it didn't get the job done, but he's also upset that he'll have to deal with Uncle Eric. We all know that Regal won't be wrestling for a while, but we do know that this could turn into a good relationship where Regal gladly defends his "Master Eugene."
