Worst mini-series ever. I've never seen anything with so much over-acting, too many plotholes, and just bad, bad, bad entertainment.

I mean, for Chrissakes', the only NON emotional person is the newsperson describing the Golden Gate collpase, and he's the one who SHOULD be overacting.

Nice ripoff of the 24 multi-pane gimmick too.

Very anti-climactic.
The first night was better than the second- two cities went down in detail, and there was all the suspense of the buildup.
The stories with the families were useless, but I guess they need them to keep women tuned in.
Yes, there were plotholes. For instance, why in god's name wouldn't they drill 6 holes at the same time?! But, it's a TV movie, not an Oscar-nominee.

I would have liked a little more wrap up on the end. Half of California falls into the ocean and we don't get an idea of what that looks like? Or how many people died or how many cities went down or anything like that?

Now unless I'm wrong they had said that most of southeran cali would be all fucked up if they didnt heat the blah blah whatever. Now isnt barstow in southern cali?
