Well that is the real name of Simon Diamond. He said he decided to drop the Italian gimmick after he got betrayed by Swinger followed by his subsequent ripping up of his ringrobe. He is really Irish and his name is Pat Kenny. He is proud of who he is.

Now that being said, is that a name that brings fear to your eyes? Good move?

Honestly, "Simon Diamond" didn't exactly strike terror in my heart, either.

As long as he doesn't come to the ring drunk and juggling potatoes, I don't really mind what he calls himself.
