Today in a classroom setting I noticed that some people tend to ask a lot of questions that seem to make the class either take longer or delay the onset of the assignment.

A few days ago it was noted that being behind some people at a drive through that after they place their order, instead of pulling up to the window, they roll up just enough to prevent me from placing my order at the microphone, while in front of them there seems to be an unnecessary large gap.

What kind of questions do they ask?

What fast food place were you at?

Questions that seem to delay the onset of the testing. Questions that seem to ask if there is something hidden in the test that they might not be aware of, like as if there are answers that the casual mind might overlook in the questions. I think it might be a delay tactic.

It was a McDonalds, but I have seen it also at Dunkin Donuts and Wendys.

it reminds me of people who leave their shopping cart in the center of the aisle or they don't leave any space between where they are standing and where they leave their shopping cart so that someone can pass through...

I'm not in "school", it was part of testing in my company for other job's that I might be interested in. This was basically a metal shop screening class and test to see if applicants have the skills required for certian jobs in power plants and physical jobs that the company has openings for, prior to hiring off the street.

casual ____ observation #3 ...

Going up the stairs after leaving a train or subway to get to the street so you can get to work, some people take one step at a time, in seeming slow motion, and while the staircase can easily fit 3 at a time side by side, they somehow manage to scale them in such a manner that none can pass.

i hate that (#3 that is)

Mine is more of a complaint, but and I hope this converts in quotes:

it reminds me of people who leave their shopping cart in the center of the aisle or they don't leave any space between where they are standing and where they leave their shopping cart so that someone can pass through....

EDIT: It doesn't so just see Funkman's post

it's not something that people can help but the overlapping of words, let alone phrases really bugs me. Like in a "I can't believe that I am bugged out by this" sorta way

Excuse me, madam
You're standing still in a no parking zone
You don't get a move on that body
I'll be forced to give you a ticket
So get with it

There's a party tonight, you're in a red light zone
If you don't want a ticket you better move on
If you break the law you gotta pay your dues
Ain't much better if you play it by the rules

`Cause it's so easy, it's so right
It's so easy to rock it with your body, baby
It's so easy, it's so right
It's so easy if you drive it all night

No parking, baby
No parking on the dance floor
No parking, baby
No parking on the dance floor

Let me hear you blow your horn
{Beep-beep, beep-beep, beep-beep} Shake it, baby
{Beep-beep, beep-beep, beep-beep}
{Beep-beep, beep-beep, beep-beep} Rock it, baby
{Beep-beep, beep-beep, beep-beep}

Casual ____ Observation #4

While walking along a sidewalk trying to overtake and pass slower moving people, it is noted that they swing their arms, veering left and right, causing themselves to take up far more room than needed to walk and thus forcing others whishing to overtake them into evasive manouvers to get around them.
