Just came down... (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfldraft/draft04/news/story?id=1785560)

I still don't understand how Clarett won in the first place...can a judge really invalidate an entire or just part of a collective bargaining agreement?

Also, does the NCAA let Mike Williams back in? Personally I think they should, but they probably won't....

Dammit I was really hoping the Jets could draft Williams...As far as Clarett goes, ugh does anyone even care anymore? Heres a guy that was a fantastic RB in the year that Ohio won the championship but then just fucked his career up. Even if he was in the draft I think he wouldve been a 3rd round pick at best.

Clarett wouldn't have gone very high and just would have been out of the league in 2 years. but williams had the most to lose.

Yeah, the Supreme Court really cares about Clarett being able to enter the draft a year early.

After all is said and done, there will probably be one of those "supplementary" drafts, which I dont understand at all.

Clarett either got lucky or picked a good justice in Ruth Bader Ginsburg. If Scalia was hearing this case, he'd throw Clarett in jail just for wasting his time.
