Even though your team was eliminated from the 1st round of the playoffs, you should not be ashamed at all. Since 1995 the devils won 3 cups.
1994 sounds like a distant memory for me and so many Rangers fans. My pathetic team hasnt made the postseason since 1997, and ever since they have become more and more pathetic. The Rangers are run by a bunch of suits who sign washed up players to expensive contracts and throw them on the ice hoping for victories.

The Devils have Lou Lamoriello who knows how to be a GM and hires head coaches who dont take crap from prima donna players. Next year, if there isnt a lockout your team will be in the playoffs again, meanwhile ticket prices for games at the garden will go up again

I thought this was going to be about Pat Burns. Poor guy has colon cancer, and even if the Devils won their series with the Flyers, he still wasn't going to be able to coach past this round. Nobody knows if he'll be back next year, either. It sounds serious, and colon cancer is real serious shit. I hope he'll be alright.
