From wwe.com:
WWE.com received the following information from the office of Jim Ross, WWE's Executive Vice President for Talent Relations:
Terri Runnels and WWE have mutually agreed to terms to part ways. Terri has been a great member of our team for almost seven years, and we wish her the best and would enjoy working with her again if the situation presents itself.
Sean O'Haire has been notified that he will be released from his contract. Sean is an excellent athlete and we wish him well in his future endeavors.
OK, Terri I get... but O'Haire? They had a great gimmick for him and they completely blew it once they made him a lackey for Piper.
Eh, no use getting too pissed... RFM, what are Sean's chances of ending up in TNA?

I used to like Terri (a lot!), but she doesn't need to be around anymore, so I'm happy with this.
O'Haire, they just totally fucked him over. He had some really good promos for him and never did anything else with him. His match last year vs. Rikishi at Backlash was his highest point in WWE and thats pretty sad.

What a fucking shame. Those O'Haire viginettes from last year were great. He had such potential. Oh well. To TNA and beyond.........

If it were up to me, I would have made Sean O'Haire the Undertaker's evil apprentice. Undertaker wouldn't have to work as much, but he could still have some presence. Plus, it could build O'Haire's status as one of the top heels of the WWE with Brock Lesnar out of the way.

Terri hit the proverbial wall harder than Dale Earnhardt, so that's totally understandable.
I'm pissed about O'Haire though.

Disappointing, but not surprising, about O'Haire.
Yet somehow, both Mark Jindrack and Garrison Cade are still employed.
Yeah, I don't understand it either.

But BOTH have been contacted. Sean has a GREAT chance. O'Haire really wanted it to work it out with WWE so he decided to tough it out in OVW but of course they never gave his gimmick a chance.
Good riddance and hopefully TNA can bring him in and shake things up there!

I love the O'Haire promos, it's too bad they never went anywhere.
And I thought Terri would have been no big loss years ago.

I'd like to see Sean O'Haire work something with Abyss in TNA. Those would definitely be some good matches.

A Raven / O'Haire feud could be money.
Oh, and Mark - go ahead and tell me if DDP has been contacted yet, since he's coming out of retirement.

I don't think Terri will show up, since apparently she left on her own and is welcome back in the WWE at any time.
Frankly, why would TNA need her? This is what I'm talking about when I say they need to focus on making wise talent choices. She really doesn't have ANY worth, IMO, other than name recognition, but frankly if they want some old broad just for that, they should just dig up Francine from wherever she's been hiding lately.
O'Haire would be a wise choice, IMO, because he was never around the WWE long enough to have a lot of baggage, and thus could be repackaged as a somewhat "fresh" star.
Oh, and Mark, have them fire BG James already. He's not worth the....what $5k?.....they pay him per appearance.
