I know it was settled out of court, but I think this is one of those cases that can be re-opened and the gov't can press charges in lieu of the child doing it.

the real purpose of tinyurl.com is to convert LONG urls into short ones like when you email urls to people and don't want it broken up.

I thought people would be less suspicious of "tinyurl" than "aprilfools.gif"
