the turducken song and MPB

i was listening to the extraneous tracks on the new Most Precious Blood CD and in the middle of them is the Turducken song.
Was that song played on any other show, or was it an exclusive of Ron and Fez? As far as i remember, i thought that it was done by Perrynoid for the show. i thought it was cool, maybe they were fans of the show.
