Sits behind a bush - that he is holding - and scares people on a street in downtown San Francisco. Brilliant!

That guy works down at the piers. It's kinda fun to sit back and watch him scare people. I heard he actually makes a decent amount of money.. something like 40k a year and has an apartment.
