Sure, if I had the option to
clone my cat Otis I would. He
fetches and is just about the
coolest cat I've ever owned.
(Even Thunderlips agrees!)

But to clone another human
being? I dunno. I mean,
wouldn't it be totally be
weird to look down on a "Mini
Me" version of yourself???

-----
I wish I loved the human race; I wish I loved its silly face; I wish I liked the way it walks; I wish I liked the way it talks; And when I'm intoduced to one; I wish I thought, What jolly fun!

Completely in favor of cloning research in general, without restriction.

I would like to see it legalized for humans only after it has been proven to be completely safe. Also the technology would have to be legally available to everyone(poor and rich). This is especially important because a poor guy with heart failure wouldn't have the same advantages.

I will get a sig pic...eventually

Certein things should be cloned like animals and stuff but humans I really don't think we're ready for that.

There's nothing like home cooking...unless it's from home.

Con, con, and con! Only for
the fact that I think the world
is too populated as it is,
and there are already too
many old people. Anything
that might extend the lives
of our already half decrepit
society gets the official
thumbs down from old
uncle Gvac.

"Cheers!" to LtRooster for this one!

We may not be ready to clone humans, but that's no reason to ban research.

To get it out of the way, cloning Hitler wouldn't produce Hitler, it would produce a guy who looks like Hitler with a completely different personality, and probably with no preference for tiny moustaches.

So I'm all for cloning research. Besides, without clones, were would we get great movie titles like "Attack of the Clones"? Hmm?!?
