If just makes no sense and it is driving me insane. I am not joking of late it has really been upsetting me. Please let someone explain to me how he can fly so I can get some sleep. It is keeping me up at nights. Please do not tell me his planet the gravity is different because that has nothing to do with him being able to fly.... HELP ME!!!!!!!!

I have no idea what any of this means.

And for the first few years he was around, Superman could only jump really high/far with his super-strength, not fly. Hence, "leaps tall buildings in a single bound!"

It's just a comic book, but they have said there is an energy field that surrounds his body (energy given to him by our sun) that allows him to fly and protects his body (they showed that it also protected his costume, but not always his cape, so that would get tattered)
