It could still be crappy. It's still the Wrestlemania 18/19 engine, but they changed the name to get the bad taste and prejudices out of your mind.

i agree that vendetta could have used more real wrestling aspects, but it was a fun ass game.

yeah aki is the shit. to me the fun of a wrestling game comes from the controls. i want to feel completely in control of my guy. and aki does that time and time out. i was playing no mercy day before yesterday and its still the best wrestling game ever.
