I couldnt wait to get this out. The single worst thing Ive ever seen in wrestling was Foley going down to Orton, who BTW is worthy enough to carry BOB Ortons jock. What a fucking disgrace. I almost think it got fucked up and shouldnt have ended that way. You bring back Rock and Mick to job to this guy and his partners?

And the 2nd worse thing Ive seen is this panty match without one tit or ass being exposed.

even if they did put on a good match, the crowd was not giving it a chance. they were so against both guys. the "You Sold Out Chant" worked so much better when a guy would leave ECW to go to the WWF or WCW. not the same when you leave the money behind to go into something not guaranteed at all. i like Lesnar and wish him the best. my favorite part was him giving the crowd the finger, as to me they deserve it. if it didn't go public he was leaving they would have cheered him 100% and booed Goldberg out of the building...which is what i was waiting for. Lesnar to me was one of the most enjoyable newcomers to the WWE in a while, but if he didn't enjoy the job i sure won't get on him for leaving it. i wish i could leave my job, but i have bills to pay so i can't.

Funniest thing of the night.... When Shawn was about to tap out and Helmsley grabbed his hand up so he would not.

Best match (And there really were not that many good matches) Shawn vs Helmsley vs Beniot

Worst match (Not counting the Divas match) Goldberg vs Lesner even though it was fun to watch the fans turn on Lesner. I think he is a great talent and the WWE pumped him and he leaves... That deserves booing

Tag matches were boring and both champs won

Light match was decent but very predictable. Chavo won.

Undertaker vs Kane. IT was nice to see Taker back as the dead man but the match was very obvious but hey I still liked it.

Cena vs Big Show... Decent match... I think Cena celebrated a bit much after the match and his opening rap was dissapointing.

Okay, every match sucked except Jericho/Christian and HHH/HBK/Benoit. EVERY MATCH. Yes, Eddie/Angle included. It was a mediocre match, by normal standards. By Eddie/Angle standards, it was fucking horrible.

Brock/Berg.... AWFUL, but I'm glad the crowd knew it, and expressed it well, with "Boring" and "This match sucks" chants. "You sold out" may not be accurate, but what else can you chant in this situation? "You're turning your back on the business that made you" doesn't chant well.

Evening Gown match.... no it wasn't. If it was, it was over before it began, and Torrie/Sable lost. But it wasn't. It was what you might somehow call a "Playboy match" even though there was no nudity..... and if you were expecting to see any, you're retarded. I guess a "Playboy match" could just be defined as a regular match but wrestled in underwear.

Victoria covered her ass too much. Molly didn't show her tits enough. That would have been all that match was worth.

Evolution going over.... pointless. Stupid.

In person, Brock/Goldberg was fun because we just chanted so much shit at them that it looked like they were about to crack up laughing. Near me, some scrawny kid was dressed as Hogna and hilarious. We all started chanting "Hogan" and cheered when he played the belt and ripped off his shirt.

Eddie/Angle was some great old school mat wrestling.

Christian/Y2J was just a great match.

The Benoit/HBK/HHH match was some great spots with mediocre indy style transitions, but triple threats rarely work cleanly throughout. HHH grabbing HBK's arm was great.

It was also damn cool seeing Eddie come out to celebrate with Benoit, then Nancy and the rest of Benoit's family.

Funny as shit, thanks for the laughs. Not only did I think I saw the same thing but the pig then proceeded to come in and take the bacon off of my Turkey Hoagie.

Being literally over the fence on the WWE as of late becasue it has just been so sub-par (but I still watch! UGH!) things were really shaping up that way again though a WrestleMania that I was not really looking forward to but since WM III it has been a yearly tradition.

Jericho/Christian got my hopes up and the Trish heel turn was quite nice to see. I love the classic heel turn and I see it happen so rarely anymore.

Eddie/Angle I liked cause they are two of my favorites. Pretty decent match and glad Eddie held the belt.

Brock/Goldberg was a shit break for two of my friends and almost made me go right there on the couch. It was painful to watch and I could not wait for it to be over. Now with the Brock leaving work/angle/whatever, I still have no idea what is going on with that. I saw it as how it was mentioned on the PPV then it was an angle situation but then again I never can tell anyway. It seems like something Vince would conjure up to suck in all the marks and create some chatter while he just laughs giddily behind the curtain.

Benoit/HBK/HHH really surprised me because I just look at the thing as Trips and Shawn's playground and they don't really look upon Benoit with the respect he deserves. I just get that vibe from both of them and like they will roll with the punches for a while and then either of the two will win the match. As pigs did fly and my jaw dropped as well, I cannot remember the last time I actually shed a tear in happiness at a wrestling match. That was probably one of the coolest things I have ever seen take place in the middle of a ring next to the comeback of Ric Flair in WCW. I know all this stuff is scripted but you could just tell that Benoit was taking it all in as he had Trips in the crossface. I have been out of wrestling for awhile but I always manage to watch the Wrestlemania's (like most people I know.) Taker vs. Kane was just slow-mo big guy wrestling - stupid. Guerrero vs. Angle was excellent. For once I thought Triple H did good in a wrestling match, he didn't no-sell like always he took his beating and didn't trample everyone, Benoit deserved the title more then anyone probably and I'm glad he won for once, instead of cementing HHH as the undefeatable kind of WWE.

Well, I like to say after being at MSG for this event, it was by far the most fun I had. Except getting in the building before the show. I mean, there are four main entrances and it felt like everyone was going to just one entrance "Tower D". Oh well.

Most of the matches were great, and even the crappy ones were fun to make fun of there.

The most memorable for me obviously, was the Lesner/Goldberg match as match-wise was horrible, but the crowd was really all over both guys. I knew at the start of the match the crowd was going to sing the "good-bye chant" during this match.

But I was a little surprised with the "You sold out chants", but I guess it's a popular chant to say whenever a wrestler is leaving.

Anyhoo, congrats to Benoit for the title win as that was a great main event.

Except for the fact that I got there at 8 in the morning and left at 1 with no tickets, I did get some interesting souveniers.

Tag matches were useless. So was the evening gown match. The taker costume ruined the match for me. Everything else I enjoyed for one reason or another. And I don't like Brock or Goldberg, so I chose to not even recognize that it exist.

I think the fed were trying to go for the "he just got out of the grave" angle with him still wearing biker clothes. But I certainly would've wanted to see him in his old attire. Also, the 1998 WMXIV entrance must have been his best. With all those guys coming out with the burning sticks with him walking through them wearing that black cape, it was awesome.

Where I was sitting, you could see part of backstage, and they kept lighting shit on fire back there. The torches kept dripping and the extinguisher was literally following each druid out. It was pretty funny.

And Hosp, scalpers were everywhere. I even had them offerring me tickets outside Toys R Us.

I watched the Goldberg/Lesnar match on tv later that night and it was really funny to hear them spin the audience chants. We all knew both guys were leaving, and suddenly JR acknowledges the Lesnar NFL shit. I'm sure they had no fucking clue what the Hogan chant was about.

Someone sent me that article this morning & I laughed my ass off. Sometimes it's good to see that even guys who get paid to write about sports have the same roots that you do...at least the part about being a huge wrestling fan.

As far as WMXX itself is concerned, I know I'm a little late to the party, but I have to give HHH credit for doing the right thing. It helped to wrap up an otherwise lack-luster PPV with a bang & I thank him for that. I must admit, they really got me with the psychology at the end of the match. Just as HHH went for the gut-kick that preceeds the pedigree, I went ballistic..."NO, DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN!! LAY DOWN YOU SELFISH FUCK." I really thought HHH was about to retain, so the emotional swing that followed when it was reversed & he eventually tapped was even better.
