His voiceovers on City Confidential (http://www.aetv.com/tv/shows/city_confidential/) were great. He could take a sweet innocent looking town and make it sound so great to visit, and within the scope of a half hour make it sound like pure hell.
I also liked him in the first Terminator movie, and Presumed Innocent.

Distressing news. He was a fine actor, and yes, his voiceovers on City Confidential ruled (since I'm a big animation mark, things like voice-acting mean something to me).
And he had some bitching appearances in Star Trek related shows. Wasn't he in that one Next Generation episode where he plays an alien who can only communicate with Captain Picard through analogies?

Yes. He was the captain of the Tamarian ship.
He was also a detective in "The Terminator" was he not?
