The first signing for the Giants during this free agency period proved to be a major one, as they came to terms yesterday with Carlos Emmons, who immediately moves in as the starting strong side linebacker.
Emmons will receive a five-year$16.5 million deal that includes a signing bonus of 4.5 million.
