It looks like such a bad movie. However this would be the perfect movie for Jim Breuer to star in.

I've seen the coming attractions and it just looks laughably bad. It looks like it might have a good idea but that idea might end up being ignored for the purpose of a dull, cliche romacne between Aniston and Whalberg (after reading reviews I learned I was right). It looks like it's just not well made.
As for the release date. This is the period between summer movies and falls. The first weekend in September is when studios shove out all the shit they know is crap so they just put it out there just to get it out there.
And, as I said, this would have been the perfect movie for Breuer to star in.

Ikeaboy, are you going to be a film major at NYU? seeing your posts you seem to love films and the school you chose to attend is of course where the genius known as Stuttering John started.

actually computer science, but I probably don't want to do that in life. Film was too competitive but I figured why not get into the university and then try to weasel my way into a few classes.
I am taking a cinema studies course though.

Rockstar is loosely based on Ripper Owens and his becoming the front man for Judas Priest. I kinda want to see the flick, but I'll prolly wait till it's on cable...
