New Features include
MultiTiered levels. One such level called the sky temple, u can fall off onto different sides that will bring you to completely different areas'arena.

Background Weapons will be available in each arena in which u can pick up and use.

Death Traps are like "Stage Fatalities" Knock an opponent into one of these and thats it. one is showedd briefly at the end of the trailer where a fighter is kicked into the turning spiked grinders.
Oh and I love this other death trap i read about inwhich u knock someone thru a red pane of glass and thousands of nasty insects eat you alive.

Konquest mode has been redone.

Interactive level elements like hanging corpses and creatures who will tear into you with u venture towards they're part of the arena.

once they started getting away from simple combos like forward, down, forward, high punch (sub zero finisher in part 1) it got too complicated. although i do appreciate that baraka was in the trailer since he was the last player i ever used.

eh i do like baraka bu ti want more lin kuei(?) style fighters. i want sub zero to wear his mask, i want reptile to do the same, and i want smoke too damnit. and kitana and mileena and jade. and resurrect lui kang! until then ill be very happy playing mortal kombat 2.
