This is a pool in which you make a list of 10 Sopranos Characters in the order in which you think they may get 'whacked' or killed off the show or die of natural causes or whatever the case may be. The person who most accurately predicts the dearly departed will be crowned the winner. No prizes involved.

You must pick from the following list so that I can keep score based upon these players:

Scoring: The scoring will be based upon accuracy. Try to follow me here....I will take the difference from where you predicted and where the person actually perished and that will be your score.


For example, If you predict Tony will die 1st and he dies 3rd you will be given a score based on the following formula:

10 - (difference) = Your score (for that persons death)

Therefore, your score for Tony's death would be:

10 - (3-1) = 8 points for Tony's death

Get it?

EDIT: Bonus of 10 points for predicting exactly the position from the List.

Newport: I forgot that he was on the show. I've got to brush up on some of these characters. I know Carmine Lupertazzi was a rival boss that Johnny Sack conspires with Tony to wack (well he didn't say it directly, but Tony got it) I don't know what else is going on aside from the Divorce.

What a good site to check this stuff out without watching the whole 4 seasons over again?

NEW YORK (AP) - Johnny Sack, don't be making any long-term plans.

That's the opinion of an online bookmaker, BetWWTS.com, which issued odds Wednesday on which character would be the first to be whacked or die during the upcoming season of HBO's "The Sopranos."

The mob series returns Sunday after a lengthy hiatus.

The bookmaker issued 3-1 odds that Sack, a rival mob boss to star Tony Soprano, would be the first to make an untimely exit. That means bettors have to put up $1 to win $3.


Sack's associate, Little Carmine, is listed at 7-2 odds and Christopher Moltisanti's informant wife, Adriana, is at 4-1 odds.

The company first issued odds last season and pinpointed Ralph Cifaretto, who wound up having his head stuffed into a bowling bag.

The safest bet? It helps to be the star of the series; Tony Soprano is listed at 60-1 odds.

Has any Federal Agent dies on the show yet?

I only remember that crooked cop from Season 1 (the one who originally told Tony that there was an informant close to him and it turned out to be Big Pussy, the cop jumped off a bridge) so that wouldn't be a federal agent.

I think a lot of people picked her, just not first. Who'd have thought the first official pool death would occur in episode 12.
