My dog is alergic to itself

First off its an Akita, which arent supposed to shed, but does anyways. Secondly its pretty much alergic to itself, by that I mean it sneezes when ever you pet him, or sniffs something. Any suggestions on how to stop this dumb dog from sneezing and spreding its dog snot all over the place?
