I Need Some Manly Advice!!!

I have colleague at work that I'll call Dave for now (Oh hell, I'll use his real name...you don't know him anyway...his name is Dave!) Well, anyway, Dave is gay!! How do I know? He told me!!! He also told me that he likes me!!! I also told him that I'm straight and he says, "Yea, I used to be that way once too!!" shit...this guy can't take a hint. Some of my other co-workers have noticed this and asked me what's going on and I told them, This guy just won't leave me alone. It's gotten to the point where I told him to just leave me alone and find someone else that would be receptive to his advances. But this guy is a real trooper!!! Won't take "NO" for an answer. WIll I have to show this guy the error of his ways in a way that I really don't want to or is there a more civilized manner in which I can persuade him to desist in his fairy fantasy for me???? I don't want to cause a scene at my worksite but things are starting to go from bad to worse with this guy!!!

Do what women do; Document each advancement's day and time in a journal and when it gets uncomfortable to the point that you cant work, you bring him up on charges and bring in your journal as your document of proof. If you're feeling uncomfortable at work, you can always go to human resources and file a sexual harassment complaint against himi really do think that this is the proper course of action. there's a lot of things that people claim to be harassment that i think are going way too far (like dirty jokes or things like that). but this seems like one of the textbook examples of sexual harassment. if you've really tried talking to the guy, and he really just won't listen, report it if it makes you uncomfortable. and don't feel bad for him, he's basically asking for it.
