I don't like "pay for play" either James but that is the only way we can play.

We could take this whole bunch to Yahoo! Fantasy Sports, right? They're still free.

I think the only reason we all went 'pay' last year is because Heck had already set this league up. So, as long as he's into the Yahoo idea, we can all make the jump back to free. Unless there was a particular reason Heck liked CBS over Yahoo, but I'm unaware of what that might be.

Either way, I'm in.

Heck never really liked the Yahoo format. I'm pretty sure he prefers CBS Sportsline as do I. 10 bucks ain't much for the fun we have in our special league.

Because thats the best, and if you do, are the rounds set up 1-12, 1-12, etc. or is it 1-12, 12-1, 1-12, etc.

edit: by the way, does everyone want to draft soon? I've always been a big proponent of waiting till a few days before opening day to see who wins starting jobs, who get hurt, etc. But I get the feeling there aren't a lot of patient people around here...not that there's anything wrong with that.

Oh yes!!!! Finally my time has come! My only problem is that i most likely will not be able to make the draft. See i work nights, esp. on the weekends, often until the restarausnt closes, at 3 am. It is possible i could R/O but more than likely i will not be able to attend the draft. But i shall try!

Everyone, I have to say to all that are curious, or are just too cheap to pay ten dollars, that it is worth it and is a lot of fun. If you are into baseball and saying "this guy is a bum, lets fire him!!" then this is the thing for you...I totally would be re-signing up for this season if I wasnt going to be away from computer access this year, cause I totally have the ultimate success formula studying the minor league depth charts.

And it isnt limited to guys...ladies this is a time to learn baseball and the trade system as well. It is an enjoyable time...sign up, it wont disappoint

The season is so close you can almost touch it. There's gotta be a few people out there itching for the added competition of fantasy baseball.

And now you can talk trash with people you know, hold victories over their heads at group outings (for the board, that is, the fantasy league doesn't get that out of hand), etc. And even if you're already in another legue, you now have a chance to redeem yourself for a possibly awful auto-pick draft. Show your true fantasy-managerial mettle in a live draft! There's nothing better about fantasy sports than getting into the War Room, talking it up before the first pick, waiting nervously as each pick goes by & praying that that bastard who picks right before you doesn't steal another of the guys you were counting on! And here's the perfect way.
