what happened to 1wrestling

where did the main column writers go and why? i like reading the site, but not with them gone. they did almost all the Japanese wresting/ROH/CZW/IWA for the site.

Dave Scherer's contract ran out and he created his own site (http://www.pwinsider.com). Took a bunch on 1W's people too.

PWI is better than 1W.

I like PWI more now too. Ask 1W now seems like it is written by a 5 year old.

However, thankfully I have a pop-up blocker. PWI so graciously borrowed all of 1wrestling's ads. Fuckers.

At least PWI doesn't have the awful layout where you have 10 ads on top, then the story is buried below the fold, then they put one paragraph per page and make you have to wait for each page to load to get to continue the story, and hear the machoman scream OH YEAH! every time.

I feel old. I used to read scoops, wrestlemaniacs, wrestleline (after the bought out wrestlemaniacs) and other sites that aren't around anymore. I also remember when 1W was actually readable, instead of a home for ads.
