View Full Version : Am I the only one?
Is it just my radio, or isn't the signal from WJFK so fucked up that you can barely hear Ron and Fez? Why am I the only person to report this? And why are Ron and Fez even doing a show if no one can hear it? Is it for the fifty people who listen to them illegally in New York?
And please, save your slings and arrows for later--this is an important question that I, and I imagine, many other people would like to know the answer to.

JFK's signal sucks. It takes me 20 minutes of fiddling with wire antenna to even get a signal.
The static is usually terrible.

I've never had a problem picking up WJFK at home, at work or in the car. In fact, it's just about the ONLY station I can pick up static-free.
So to answer your question, yes, you may be the only one.

Don't you live about 3 feet from the studio Mojo? Although that doesn't guarantee a good signal. There's a radio in their tiny green room and if you sit in one of the four chairs you lose the signal. WJFK broadcasts with a pair of rabbit ears from a TV that used to pick up the Jack Benny Show.
That being said, my signal is shittier than usual tonight. I'm in DC.

Nah. I'm about 20-30 minutes from WJFK.

It comes in fine in the car, and all right at work. My new office, though, is "land locked" - away from a window.
My apartment is sometimes hit and miss, usually it's all right, though. I actually get it better on my digital tuner at 106.8, than I do at 106.7.
Oh...and K., for a "serious question" you still came across as an ass.
