sometimes if I don't have exact change i overpay tolls so i don't have to wait in the cashier lane. i also walk away from a vending machine if it eats my money so i don't have to tell someone and look like an idiot.

I sat in on the firing of an employee a couple years back. He had been stealing magazines from the store. We thought it was just a few and were just going to write him up, but the dumb shit confesses and says he's been taking the same 9 titles for over a year...basically at least $800 worth. And his logic (Well, for four of the titles) is that since he had subscribed to these titles and they had either "run out early" or "missed issues", he was owed free ones.

So we canned his dumb ass right there.
