View Full Version : Most Embarrassing CD You Own

Dont know if there's already a thread on this, so excuse me if there is.
Fess up folks, what CD do you look back on buying and think to yourself "What the hell was I doing?"
Mine are:
Lit - 'A Place in the Sun'
Mest - 'Wasting Time'
Two of the most truly awful albums I have ever heard in my life. And I spent over 12 bucks for both of them. I've got no excuse for having bought them, but maybe I'll be able to take comfort in the fact that someone on this board owns a more disgusting CD then I.

I guess that could be something to dislike about the album, but is it enough to be embarrassed about? I think that Stranger Than Fiction was one of BR's best albums and its one of my favorite from them. To each his own I guess, but I just dont see whats so embarrassing about it.

clean version i'll agree with. i got it in this store that sprung up in the mall at xmas time a few years back. $5 for every cd new. it was gone after the new year.
and that album is a pile of dog balls. smoking crack and drinking 40's won't make a good album; rapping about it will though. odb is the man but i was embarassed for him for putting out that piece of garbage.

Ok, seriously now, I love all of those I listed (although I am holding a grudge against H2O until they redeem themselves for Go) but thinking it over, I don't have that many embarrassing albums. Sure, things some may be embarrassed for me (Neil Diamond, John Denver, ABBA and my Barry Manilow collection) but nothing really now.
Maybe the rest of the Hamilton, Joe Frank & Reynolds (or is that Hamilton Joe, Frank & Reynolds or is it Hamilton, Joe, Frank & Reynolds) album. Don't Pull Your Lvoe remains one of the greatest songs ever. The rest of their stuff tanked.
