Teddy Long going too far?

As funny as Teddy Long is, I'm starting to feel a little uncomfortable with the "Kill Whitey" and "Cracker" comments. He makes me laugh from time to time, but I'm not sure where they're taking this and I don't really care to know either.

Teddy by himself i could deal with, but when its Coach doing it as a play by play announcer it is way to much. Teddy seems more of a character with it, Coach is damn annoying.

I agree Clark. I enjoy Teddy also but he is going way to far. if a white person said somthing like that there would be hell. Sharpton jessie jackson and others would be so far up Vince's ass he would smell what they had to eat.

I like Teddy. He's the only thing that shines near the awfulness that is Mark Henry. If he's going "too far", it's only because Vince or someone else it telling him to (note to creative: the Attitude era is dead).

I think Teddy Long is hysterical. I wish they wouldn't put him on TV every week, to keep his 5 catch phrases a little crisper, but he's exactly the comedy relief they need more of on the show...but not necessarily before (or at the expense of) getting more of those "entertaining matches" I used to hear so much about.

Teddy Long is pretty funny. Having him in last week and no Bischoff was a marked improvement. And I agree with Crippler, generally Long is good in short bursts. I was hoping the match was going to be Henry vs Orton....I'd even root for Mark Henry to take Orton apart. Of course that's not happening.

Something about Teddy's appearance cracks me up. I don't know if it's the clothes or the size of the people around him, but he always looks like a midget. Believe that!!
