to eat, mind you. the pig is so versatile, the cow, a work of art. forgive me for being slanted, but a can remember some memorable steaks. at the same time, bacon can be eaten with any meal, a some nice, sloppy bbq ribs is the shit.

the concept of a cheese burger is mind boggling. throwing something from a live cow on a dead one. or even possibly throwing on the cheese of the cow you're eating.

but, i would like to limit it to the animals being dead. dairy does give cows a greater edge. bacon is always satisfying w/o fail (ever have bad bacon? no.) but steaks can be monumental.

Cows fuck up the atmosphere and contribute to global warming and are a HUGE factor in the deforestation and destruction of a lot of habitat all over the world. On the otherhand, theough pigs eat a lot of food that would otherwise go to waste, the runoff from pig farms is causeing MAJOR pollution and is super dangerous because it ocntributes to outbreaks of things like pfeisteria.

I vote cows, because cream comes from cows and I love ice cream. Prosciutto comes from pigs but I think I like ice cream more than prosciutto.
