Has anybody watched this ?
There's been a few funny ones.

I noticed the other day when they were doing " One Boy : 2 Dates " that Alex on Family Ties had a date with both Daphne Zuniga and Jamie Gertz at the same time.
Thats a nice little mid to late 80's double team.

does vh1 show any videoes anymore? mtv shows more than them now.

Occasionally.
I like VH1 Classics and VH1 Country more.
Those two channels show vidos, take a one commercial break after some time, and then repeat. Never more than one commercial though.
Classics does have some themed shows. They also show their videos in themes as well. Like 80's, 70's, etc.
