The only good that could come out of this is a return to TV of the Lil' Penny commercials...even if it's purely for the sake of entertainment.

Charlie Ward did alot for the team. Plus he was a constant donator to NY charities and contributor to events for the poor. He was a vocal leader and spriritual leader on and off the court. His playoff experience alone will be missed on the team

As for My Dyess ?? They made such a fucking big deal on getting him. He went down with the bum knee....they waited and waited for his lame ass to heal, and now they trade him ?? I dont get it. If he remains healthy I definetly think he'll reach all star calibur again.

I do agree the Knicks need a point guard that can create and score whenever needed.....I just dont think it should be Marbury. He's a ballhog, a headcase and he puts up like 50 shots a game in order to score 20points. Hopefully finally fullfilling his dream to play in the Garden will lessen that huge ego of his.

this is the worst thing that Isaih Thomas could have done. now, instead of clearing wards and mcdyss's cap room at the end of the year, you take on more in penny ans stephon, plus give up your only young guy with upside (frankWilliams) and 2, count them 2 FIRST ROUND draft picks

this is horseshit. Marbury is a hog, and we saw how well he played with van horn in jersey. they hated each other. "Star"bury is not the answer, and i didnt even know hardaway was still in the league
you guys may think this is good, but damn, it was stupid. you have 9 PF's, and you trade the only one who comes off the cap at the end of the season. For just ward and Thomas, you coulda got the same guys, and had cap relief at the end of the year.

okay i just got back into the country less than 2 hours ago and i just got word about this story. i cant give any real comments until 2morro. but as for now i like this trade, true it hurts the knicks a little. but it does give them some cap room. although i really wish we got rid of sweetney instead of lampe. im just gonna say, the knicks arent going too do anything for a good 2-3 years anyway. and i personally love penny, ever since his rookie year on the magic. he just got hit with the grant hill syndrome, a stellar player until injury. i only hope he emulate vin baker.
