ok so i was given this wwe unscripted book for christmas and i flip to the 1st page. HHH was talking about WWE headquarters putting together old AWA tapes for him, and here is what HHH had to say:
A lot of our guys today just don't understand the buisness. We all grew up huge wrestling fans, and we need to understand why we liked it so much. It was because back then, they told stories, as opposed to just flip, flopping and flying. The guys that make the most money in our buisness have never been the guys that do moonsaults and jump off the top rope and do big dropkicks. It's the guys that tell the best stories that are in the main events, that are on top. We tell guys that all the time, and it's almost like the more we tell them, the more they try to go the other way.
Is this guy fucking serious? First of all he is talking like he isn't part of the talent which obviously he isn't after he married Steph but could you imagine being a colleague of this pompous asshole and having him talk to you like that? And what fucking story is he telling? How to run a wrestling organization into the ground? Maybe if he took a chance once and awhile and performed a big spot here and there some people would respect him. Instead every time i see him wrestle on RAW or something i hear the camera's microphone catch him giving instructions to the jobber of the night. dick.
