Being that scales are my business, this is an activity that I partake in on a fairly regular basis. I can tell you that I've had poops ranging anywhere from about 1/4 of a pound all the way up to just over 2 pounds. Believe me, 2 pounds is a lot of shit.

you weigh yourself to the exact 1/4? i have a hard enough time counting dashes so i know if i'm 172 or 173 pounds..i just go with the 170-175 range if asked.

and i have never done this. i just get off the bowl and admire my dumps. sometimes asking my wife if she wants to see it before i flush.
