Polish Windows 2000

So, a friend of mine, who we shall call "Jack Bleezis", got a Win 2000 disc from an unnamed source. He installs it on his office PC, because it has ME which sucks asshole. The installation screen, of course appears in English, but during the installation it says that the primary language is Polish and asks if he would like to choose a second one. He chooses English, figuring since it took the time to ask for a secondary language he will be able to change it at a later time. The installation continues, all in Polish, and finishes without a problem. Well, maybe with one problem. Upon rebooting, it comes up in Polish, and will not change out of Polish. He adjusted the Regional Settings or Opcje Regionalne in the Control Panel or Panel Sterowania, but to no avail. His only choice is to keep it, or uninstall and head back to ME, a dicey proposition.

He has, on the bright side, learned some very interesting Polish words:
Help - Ponoc
Exit - Analuj
Apply - Zastosuj
Registry - Registuge
Internet Explorer - Internet Explorer
