Tonight I saw Apocalypse Now Redux (Apocalypse Now, Oscar Later!! gih gih gih) and never fully realized how cool and epic it is until i saw it in surround sound, on a giant movie screen. Of course the French plantation scene was totally useless and too long.
Anyway, I've seen other movies in a big screen- Star Wars, Clockwork Orange, Dr. Strangelove and it's true that seeing it on a huge screen makes a great deal of difference.
what films would you like to see re-released:
Full Metal Jacket
Platoon
Blade Runner
2001
Deer Hunter
Godfather
"Nothing can kill The Grimace"

i can't believe I forgot mentioning Jaws in my original list since when I was thinking of this coming back from the theater, Jaws was the first movie that popped into mind.
I saw Grail in a NEw York theater in July, awesome on a movie too.
