Today Sucked...

Today started off bad when I found out this girl I liked who used to like me just stopped liking me. So that sucked. But later on, my right arm started feeling bad. I can't explain it, but I know how I feel and it sucks so much. I've been relapse free for about a year and a half so I'm kind of bummed out.

As for the arm, I know you have MS, so I don't know what that's all about, but this is my suggestion: close your eyes and breathe, breathe through your belly - feel your belly expand when you inhale and contract when you exhale. And keep repeating to yourself "my arm is strong, my arm is strong, it feels good now, and it keeps feeling better." It's meditation.

Try a nice warm bath.

I have shot neveres in my upper shoulders and my arms have pains from time to time(which probably are in no wavelength of comparison to yours) but the warm water helps ease the feeling.

Also, forget about the bitch.
